A: No, our products already come with batteries that you can charge by plugging into a USB cable.

Q: Are you products safe?

A: When charging your lamp, it will illuminate in light blue or red. Once your moon lamp is no longer glowing, that means it is fully charged.

Q: Is it safe for children?

A: Yes, kids love our products too!

Q: How do you ensure the quality of your products?

A: We produce and sell our own products. We also test each product before it leaves our facilities.

Q: Is there a warranty on your products?

A: YES! If your product is not working (which is close to impossible) upon arrival, we will issue you another one.

A: Yes, we offer FREE worldwide shipping.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Our orders are fulfilled on a strict daily schedule, expect for holidays or non-business days. It normally takes 1-2 days to process your order and ship it out.

Q: Can you provide me with a tracking number?

A: Yes, if you've placed an order, you should receive a tracking number 1-2 days after purchase.

 Q: I entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

Q: What to do if I still have not received my order?
